If the subscription gift was purchased before February 21, 2025, the recipient will receive an email at the email address provided by the sender during checkout. This email will be sent on the notification date selected by the sender.

How the Recipient Activates Their Gift

1. They will receive an email with a redemption link.

2. They can use this link to enter their mailing address and choose when to start their subscription.

3. Once redeemed, their first letter will be mailed within 5 business days.

Shipping Details

• First Letter:

  • Sent via USPS First Class Mail (arrives in 7–10 business days for U.S. orders).

• Subsequent Letters:

  • Mailed mid-month each month via USPS First Class Mail.

  • Delivery takes 7–10 business days (U.S.) and up to 21 days (international).

What If the Recipient Didn’t Receive the Email?

If the recipient did not receive their redemption email, please contact us at [email protected] with:

• The email address or order number associated with the purchase.

• The recipient’s complete shipping address.

We will manually redeem the subscription to ensure they start receiving their letters.
