For subscription gifts purchased before February 21, 2025, the first letter is sent via USPS First Class Mail within 5 business days after the recipient redeems their subscription.

Expected Delivery Time:

• U.S. Orders: Typically arrives within 7–10 business days after mailing.

• International Orders: Delivery can take up to 21 days, depending on the destination.

When to Contact Us

If the letter has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us:

• U.S. Orders: If more than 15 business days have passed since mailing.

• International Orders: If more than 21 business days have passed.

• The recipient’s name

• The email address or order number associated with the subscription

• The recipient’s complete shipping address

We will investigate and manually redeem the subscription if needed to ensure the recipient starts receiving their letters.
