If the gift recipient encounters any issues while redeeming their subscription, we’re here to help!
Common Issues & Solutions
Didn’t Receive the Notification Email?
Check the spam or junk folder.
If the email is still missing, contact us with:
The email address or order number associated with the purchase.
The recipient’s complete shipping address.
We can manually redeem the subscription if needed.
Having Trouble Accessing the Redemption Link?
Ensure they are using the correct email address (the one provided by the sender at checkout).
Try opening the link in a different browser or device.
Entered the Wrong Mailing Address?
If the subscription has not been redeemed yet, they can correct it using the redemption link.
If already redeemed, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with the correct address.
Not Sure When Their Subscription Will Start?
The recipient can choose their start date during redemption.
The first letter is mailed within 5 business days after activation.
