If the gift recipient encounters any issues while redeeming their subscription, we’re here to help!

Common Issues & Solutions

  1. Didn’t Receive the Notification Email?

    • Check the spam or junk folder.

    • If the email is still missing, contact us with:

      • The email address or order number associated with the purchase.

      • The recipient’s complete shipping address.

    • We can manually redeem the subscription if needed.

  2. Having Trouble Accessing the Redemption Link?

    • Ensure they are using the correct email address (the one provided by the sender at checkout).

    • Try opening the link in a different browser or device.

  3. Entered the Wrong Mailing Address?

    • If the subscription has not been redeemed yet, they can correct it using the redemption link.

    • If already redeemed, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with the correct address.

  4. Not Sure When Their Subscription Will Start?

    • The recipient can choose their start date during redemption.

    • The first letter is mailed within 5 business days after activation.
