Once the gift recipient receives the notification email, they will need to follow a few simple steps to activate their subscription.
Steps to Redeem the Gift Subscription:
Open the Notification Email – The email will contain a redemption link.
Enter the Mailing Address – The recipient will be prompted to provide their shipping details.
Select a Start Date – They can choose when they want their subscription to begin.
Confirm the Redemption – Once submitted, the subscription is activated.
What Happens Next?
The first letter is processed and mailed within 5 business days.
Subsequent letters are mailed mid-month each month via USPS First Class Mail.
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days (U.S.) or up to 21 days (international).
What If the Recipient Didn’t Redeem Their Subscription?
If the recipient has trouble redeeming their subscription or has not completed the process, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:
The email address or order number associated with the purchase.
The recipient’s complete shipping address.
We will manually redeem the subscription to ensure they start receiving their letters.
