How Will the Gift Recipient Be Notified of Their Gifted Subscription?Updated 2 months ago

The gift recipient will receive an email notification at the email address provided by the sender during checkout. This email will be sent on the notification date selected by the sender.

The email will include:

• A redemption link for the recipient to enter their mailing address.

• An option to choose when to start their subscription.

Once the recipient redeems their gift, their first letter will be mailed within 5 business days.

What If the Recipient Didn’t Receive the Email?

If the recipient did not receive their notification email, they should check their spam or junk folder first. If they still cannot find it, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

• The email address or order number associated with the purchase.

• The recipient’s complete shipping address.

We will manually redeem the subscription to ensure the recipient starts receiving their letters.

Note: This process applies only to subscription gifts purchased before February 21, 2025.
