If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, contact us via chat or email at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order Number (if available)

  • Email Address used at checkout

  • Shipping Address for confirmation

Our Customer Care team will review and verify the order. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
