First Letter Shipping

• The first letter is processed and mailed within 5 business days after purchase.

• If Free Shipping was selected (U.S. only), the letter is sent via USPS First Class Mail (no tracking) and typically arrives within 7–10 business days.

• If Paid Shipping was selected (U.S. only), the letter is sent via USPS Ground Advantage, and a tracking link is provided via email. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

• International Orders: The first letter is sent via USPS First Class International Mail (no tracking) and can take up to 21 days to arrive, depending on the destination.

Subsequent Letter Shipping

• All following letters are mailed mid-month each month.

• They are sent via USPS First Class Mail (U.S.) or USPS First Class International Mail (International).

• U.S. Deliveries: Typically arrive within 7–10 business days.

• International Deliveries: Can take up to 21 days, depending on the destination.
