If you need to update the shipping address for an active subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account: Click here and enter the email associated with your subscription.

2. Check your email: A verification code will be sent to your inbox.

3. Enter the code: Use the code to log in to your account.

4. Go to 'Address & Payment Details': Navigate to this section in your dashboard.

5. Edit your shipping address: Update your street address, city, state, and ZIP code, then save the changes.
