Option 1: Choose a New Recipient

Enjoyed the subscription but don’t need it anymore? You can nominate a new recipient to receive the remaining letters in the subscription! Just email us at [email protected] with:

• The new recipient’s name

• Their mailing address

We’ll take care of the rest and notify them of your thoughtful gift.

Option 2: Cancel Your Subscription

There are two ways to cancel your subscription:

• Through Your Account: Log in here. Enter the email used during sign-up, and a one-time code will be sent to your email or sms. Once logged in, click "subscriptions" and then "cancel." Canceling will not affect your current subscription, and you will still receive the letters you purchased. Canceling will only affect future auto-renewals. 

• Via Email: Prefer us to handle it? Email [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll confirm the cancellation for you.
