Subscribers receive one letter per month.

When Will My Letters Arrive?

• Your first letter is mailed within 5 business days after you sign up.

• Each subsequent letter is mailed mid-month.

  • Example: If you subscribe on November 2, your first letter will be mailed the following week, and your second letter will be mailed on December 15.

Shipping Details

For the first letter, you can choose:

• Free Shipping – USPS First Class (7–10 business days)

• Paid Shipping – USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days)

All subsequent letters are mailed via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail:

• Within the U.S.: Delivery takes 7–10 business days.

• Outside the U.S.: Delivery can take up to 21 days.
