If you need to delay your shipment, email [email protected] within 5 minutes of placing your order. We can put your subscription on hold and schedule it to be shipped on your requested date.
Important Details:
The date you provide will be the shipping date (the day we mail your letter), not the delivery date.
Shipments are processed on weekdays only. If your requested date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next available business day.
Shipping Timelines:
Free shipping: Arrives in 7-10 business days after the shipping date.
Paid shipping: Arrives in 2-5 business days after the shipping date.
