Delaying a ShipmentUpdated 2 months ago

If you need to delay your shipment, email [email protected] within 5 minutes of placing your order. We can put your subscription on hold and schedule it to be shipped on your requested date.

Important Details:

  • The date you provide will be the shipping date (the day we mail your letter), not the delivery date.

  • Shipments are processed on weekdays only. If your requested date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next available business day.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Free shipping: Arrives in 7-10 business days after the shipping date.

  • Paid shipping: Arrives in 2-5 business days after the shipping date.
